Snack „BITES” was created by us in cooperation with scientists of the KTU Faculty of Chemical Technologies. We were inspired to create these snacks by modern, hurrying people, because BITES is exactly what they can have a quick snack with in the midst of their daily worries. We were also inspired by astronauts, as astronauts in the US space program ate cold-dried powder and small food cubes in the early days … which is why we call this snack „food of the future.” This is an innovative food of high biological value, which contains only natural ingredients: lyophilized powder of berries and vegetables, cocoa butter and pea protein isolate.
